FAQ's

Q: What makes us better than all those other wine clubs?

A: First and foremost, it is better because you will be receiving our incredible, handmade, small production wines. But beyond that, Oster Wine Cellars' Club gives you much more flexibility than most other wine clubs. You are only committed to one shipment a year. Also, Oster Wine Cellars' Club currently ships your yearly club shipment at no cost to you!

Q: What if I decide I don't want to be a member anymore?

A: If for some reason, you do decide that, you simply email us and let us know at any time, as long as it is at least two weeks prior to any scheduled wine club shipment. We do ask for a commitment of at least two shipments.

Q: How do I pay for my wine club shipments?

A: You will give us a valid credit card number at the time you sign up. We will simply charge your card for the cost of the wines in the shipment at the time the shipment goes out. You will be notified of the cost of the shipment several weeks prior. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your credit card information or your contact information.

How much does it cost to join?

A: There are no fees whatsoever to join Oster Wine Cellars' Club. The only cost is what you pay for your once yearly shipment and this will vary based on which wines are being released. You will not be charged for shipping costs with your shipment. Finally you will be charged for any applicable state and local taxes.

Q: When do shipments go out?

A: The shipments normally correspond with our fall release. We take into account weather restrictions when timing our wine club shipments, but you can usually expect the fall release sometime in September or October.

Q: Can I pick my wine up instead of having it shipped to me?

A: If you would rather be able to pickup your wines at the winery (located just north of Redwood Valley, CA), then please let us know that. We would love to meet you!

Q: Why can't you ship to my state?

A: Sadly, many states have unreasonable restrictions that prevent us from being able to ship directly to customers in those states. Yours might be one of these. Or it might be a state that we don't ship to because we don't know that there are people there that want to buy from us. Please email info@osterwine.com if you would like us to look into adding your state or find out if we can.
